1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at www.dragonslayersystems.com (the "Site"), operated by Dragonslayer™ Systems, LLC ("Dragonslayer Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Description of the Site
The Site is an informational, static website that provides general information about Dragonslayer™ Systems, its products, services, and business, and allows visitors to contact us through the contact form. The Site does not offer any products or services for sale, does not provide a user account or login functionality, and does not process online transactions.
3. Confidentiality and Export Control Notice
Dragonslayer™ Systems is a defense technology company. The Site is provided for general informational purposes only. The Site does not contain, and Dragonslayer™ Systems does not disclose through the Site, any controlled technical data, specifications, drawings, source code, or other information that would constitute a "defense article," "defense service," or "technical data" under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR," 22 C.F.R. Parts 120–130) or a controlled "technology" under the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR," 15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774).
Dragonslayer™ Systems does not sell, export, or fulfill orders for any product through the Site. Visitors who contact us with an interest in our products or technology may be referred to independent third-party partners, distributors, or suppliers (which may include, for example, Wilcox Industries) for any actual sale, fulfillment, or transfer of products. Dragonslayer™ Systems does not control, and is not responsible for, the export compliance practices, customer vetting, or end-use/end-user determinations made by those independent third parties. Any actual transfer of controlled technical data, defense articles, or defense services — whether by Dragonslayer™ Systems or by a referred third party — remains subject to full compliance with all applicable U.S. export control laws, including any required licenses or authorizations from the U.S. Department of State (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls) or the U.S. Department of Commerce (Bureau of Industry and Security).
Any information you submit to Dragonslayer™ Systems through the Site — including through the Contact form — should not include export-controlled technical data, classified information, or confidential third-party information. By using the Site, you represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or that has been designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties (including but not limited to the Denied Persons List, Entity List, or Specially Designated Nationals List).
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names (including "Rapid Integrated Precision (RIP) Reticle" and "Multi-Domain Reticle System (MDRS)"), and the overall design and layout of the Site, is the property of Dragonslayer™ Systems or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Certain technology described on the Site may be patent-pending. No content on the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means without our prior written consent, except that you may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial informational use.
5. No Offer; No Solicitation
Content on the Site, including descriptions of products, technology, and business opportunities, is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell securities, a solicitation of an offer to buy securities, or a binding offer of any kind, and no information on the Site should be relied upon in making any investment, procurement, or purchasing decision.

Dragonslayer™ Systems does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, products, services, pricing, availability, or business practices of any linked or referred third party, including their compliance with applicable laws (including export control laws) or their vetting of customers or end users. Any transaction, agreement, or relationship you enter into with a linked or referred third party is solely between you and that third party, and Dragonslayer™ Systems is not a party to, and bears no liability for, any such transaction or relationship.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DRAGONSLAYER™ SYSTEMS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dragonslayer™ Systems and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
12. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
