NICK CULBERT

Founder
Chief Executive Officer

Nick Culbert served for 9 years on active duty as a US Army Air Defense Artillery officer. A Massachusetts native and two-time unit commander, he’s led hundreds of Soldiers at home and abroad, including during a combat deployment in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Nick brings extensive air defense expertise spanning counter-rocket and mortar operations, short-range air defense, and ballistic missile defense. He continues to advance warfighter lethality through innovative counter-UAS solutions and operational integration. Nick holds an Executive Master of Business Administration in Aerospace and Defense from the University of Oklahoma.

MIKE DOMPIERRE

Mike Dompierre served for 11 years on active duty as a US Army officer.
A Notre Dame graduate and published author, Mike has completed multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and has years of C-UAS expertise, ranging from training, equipping, threat analysis, testing, and force integration. A Military Intelligence officer by trade, Mike is a recognized expert on enemy systems and emerging threats. He has a passion and deep involvement for the financial markets that spans a decade. Mike served alongside Nick in the 5th Battalion, 5th Air Defense Artillery as the Headquarters Commander at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Business Development & Programs

Zack Culbert is a Partner and lead for Business Development and Programs at Dragonslayer™ Systems. He supports outreach, deal execution, and customer engagement, playing a key role in advancing DSS’s relationships with defense and industry stakeholders while helping translate technical capability into strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities. A law enforcement professional with over a decade of service, Zack currently serves with the Massachusetts State Police. His assignments have included Motorcycle Operations, Marine Policing, Executive Security, and Large Event Security.
